For this attic in Berkshire we used our Concrete Grey Resin in matt. The client was looking for something similar in appearance to polished concrete, but with more durability. Although similar in looks, unlike polished concrete, Epoxy Design resin will not crack due to its elastic-like properties, and is warm to the touch. Plus, its 30-year guarantee means it will outlast its more traditional counterpart.
